The race is open to ALL PERSON NEE IN 1992 or BEFORE.
Due to the Course, the race is not allowed to the disabled.
The race time will be limited to 3 h 30 for the rankings.
Rider commitment: 20 Euros and must be attached to the ballot.
Entries are limited to the 2200 First Enrollees , (check in the “number of enrolled” section).
No registration will be made on the day of the race.
No registration by phone.
No bibs will be sent.
No payment will be refunded.

Art2. Bibs
The bibs will be handed out on Saturday 22 May from 10:00 on Damery square. And on PRESENTATION OF A PIECE OF IDENTITY .
An electronic chip will be handed to you at the same time as your bib.
Once the line is crossed: In exchange for your chip, you will be given a flute of champagne.
Uncollected bibs before 14 h 30 will be reallocated
Do not forget your pins !!!
Art3. Groups
A bulletin of collective commitment is available on this site.
The bibs concerning the collective commitments will be grouped in an envelope on behalf of
the group leader (to be specified at the time of the commitment).
Art4. Sponge and refueling
A station of sponge and refueling will be located in each village crossed.
A sponge will be given to you with your bib. Warning !! No sponges on the circuit !!

The winemakers of the 6 villages crossed, will offer Champagne free of charge.
The course is animated by musical groups, crosses a press, and a cellar.
You can squeeze your grapes … to drink right away.
Art8. At the stand
At the “LA CHAMPENOISE” stand you will find champagne, silk-screened flutes with racing logo, collectible caps and souvenir jerseys.
Drinks and Sandwiches will be available from 10:00.
Art9. Runners in disguise
5 categories will be rewarded : Women, Men, Couples, Small Groups, Large Groups. 1220 Runners disguised in 2016. Bravo !!!
Art10. Rewards
Each participant will receive a superb quadri t-shirt.
The first 10 and 10 first in scratch will win champagne prizes.
The first 240 and the top 80 winners will win a bottle of champagne that can not be combined with the prize grid.
In exchange for their chip, each rider will receive a souvenir flute filled with champagne.
Several draws will be made including 2 for the weight in champagne.
A dancing dinner is offered at the end of the race.
You will discover the traditional Potée Champenoise (pork meat).
At the price of 26 euros per person (drink not included) in the limit of places available.
Child menu (<10 years) at the price of 7 euros.

The Evening will be held at the EPERNAY COMEP at
the Roger Park Menu (Near the Pool)
The evening will start at around 8:00 pm.
The hot dish will be served at 9:00 pm.
Tickets will be collected at the “Welcome” booth and upon presentation of an ID. For groups, meals will be registered in the name of the person in charge.

Art12. Medical Certificate – Insurance
FFA non-licensees must provide a medical certificate of no contraindication to COMPETITION running less than one year old on the day of the race, FFA licensees shall provide a photocopy of their current license. To be attached to the entry form.
Civil Liability : The organizers are covered by a policy purchased from LLOYD Continental – Contract No. UM8256739
Individual accident : The licensees benefit from the guarantees granted by the insurance linked to their license.
It is the responsibility of the other participants to be personally insured.
